At Radisys he redirected struggling MRF business to high growth VoLTE market delivering 20+ carrier wins. As CTO he led NFV/SDN architecture work that led to Terabit NFVI Platform development, FlowEngine, optimized for Data Plane workloads. He led Corporate Marketing team that established Radisys' brand position in LTE, VoLTE, NFV/SDN and Small Cells markets. Prior to Radisys he led Product Management at Continuous Computing where he shaped startup's strategy to grow and dominate the DPI & Small Cells markets. He led Continuous Computing to a successful exit of $120M delivering significant returns to its shareholders. Manish served on the Executive Board of Small Cell Forum and the Board (E-SAB) of Open Networking Foundation (ONF).
