I’m Maho, a software engineer with 20+ years of experience, a love for open source, and a knack for building at the intersection of AI, edge computing, and real-world impact. At Microsoft, I design and deploy industrial IoT systems with Kubernetes, Azure Arc, and MQTT. I’ve worked closely with energy companies to build AI-powered edge solutions like real-time leak detection, centralized thousands of sensitive assets, and led architectural efforts for scalable, secure systems. I also serve as CTO at SOMOS.tech, where we support Latinx professionals in tech through mentorship, community, and AI-driven tools. We’re building better futures, one career at a time.
