As Federal CTO, I shape ColorTokens’ technology roadmap for federal customers, ensuring solutions align with agency missions and evolving cyber threats. I work closely with federal CIOs, CISOs and CTOs to ensure technologies meet stringent compliance requirements while advancing AI, cloud security, and Zero Trust initiatives. As the former CISO at the U.S. Department of the Interior, my mission has been to spearhead robust cybersecurity frameworks and foster a resilient digital environment. Since February 2022, my focus has been on orchestrating the long-term Zero Trust strategy for the Department of the Interior. This encompasses defining key capabilities, crafting a detailed roadmap, and managing budget allocations for Zero Trust initiatives. I've been instrumental in unifying a department-wide integrated team, dedicated to the seamless implementation of Zero Trust principles. Our efforts are pivotal in safeguarding sensitive government data against evolving cyber threats. I am also a proud recipient of GovCIO Media's 2025 Flywheel Award for Zero Trust Advocacy.
