I help enterprises turn emerging technology into measurable business value. Across IBM and Kyndryl, the enterprise technology-sales organizations I led signed $2–4B in new business a year: over $4B/yr at IBM Services Integration Hub, then $2B+/yr at Kyndryl's US business, at a 42% win rate in 2023, while expanding gross margin. What's rare isn't the number, it's how I get it. I lead from the front as the technologist clients trust in the room: deep enough to shape the architecture, commercial enough to own the outcome. Over 20+ years I’ve built and led technology-sales, solution-architecture, and delivery organizations that win and deliver complex programs, from private-equity-backed start-up to multibillion-dollar global businesses. As CTO at NRI North America, I'm building an AI-first operating model that we prove in our own operations, then bring that discipline to clients. One lesson has remained consistent: transformation succeeds when technology, operating model, and change management move together. The hard part is rarely the build, it is driving adoption and making the value durable. I bring a combination of commercial leadership, hands-on technical depth, and a security-first mindset as a CISSP. My experience also includes board director roles at SSH, a public cybersecurity company listed in Nasdaq Helsinki, and Enerim, a PE-owned software business, as well as M&A and technical due diligence work. What drives me now is helping ambitious enterprises move beyond AI pilots to governed, enterprise-scale adoption that changes how people work and creates lasting business value.
