Currently serving as CTO for the nFinia Digital Banking Platform at Tyfone, leading Product Engineering, QA, Delivery, Support, DevOps, Architecture, and AI-driven transformation initiatives. My focus is on driving innovation, operational excellence, platform scalability, and measurable business outcomes through AI-First engineering practices and modern software delivery models. Over the course of my career, I’ve built and led high-performing engineering organizations, scaled products from startup to nationwide adoption, modernized legacy platforms, and delivered customer-centric digital experiences used by millions of banking users. My career began as a software engineer during the early evolution of Object-Oriented programming and Windows-based systems. I later advanced into engineering leadership roles at Harland Financial Solutions, leading product development teams responsible for core banking and financial technology solutions. With an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation, I co-founded CUBUS Solutions and served as CTO, helping grow the company to 100+ employees and 100+ financial institution clients nationwide before its acquisition by Tyfone.
