I help aerospace & defense organizations turn fragmented engineering, compliance and governance data into AI-ready digital-thread platforms. My work sits at the intersection of enterprise data governance, digital thread, MDM/golden record, regulated data classification, ITAR/EAR automation, AI-assisted evidence mining, and production AI architecture. I operate as a forward-deployed AI architect: I sit with customer stakeholders, identify the real operational problem, build a credible POC/reference architecture, and guide the path to production. Recent proof points include: - MDM build-vs-buy evaluation across Reltio, Informatica MDM and custom AWS GovCloud-native MDM, including fuzzy AI + deterministic scoring for golden records and de-duplication across 1B+ network nodes. - Trade Collaboration Engine product work with Airbus, Blue Origin and Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) for Sensitive Data Discovery, ITAR/EAR tagging, mass classification and policy enforcement. - H100/vLLM batch inference to classify 500K engineering documents and generate technical-data tags. - Deterministic AST compiler (Abstract Syntax Tree) IP that converts ITAR/EAR regulation rules into auditable fact-based matching logic. - Boeing enterprise CFD/HPC automation with ~500 engineering process recipes and ~200 solver workflows. - 5 Boeing-related co-patents across paint optimization, NLP/ABAC and computer vision. My differentiator is that I do not treat AI as a demo layer. In regulated A&D environments, AI needs data architecture, evidence, governance, deterministic logic, human review and production discipline. I use LLMs, RAG, batch inference and agentic workflows where ambiguity exists, and deterministic engineering where auditability and mathematical certainty matter. I am most effective in roles such as Field CTO, Forward-Deployed AI Architect, Strategic Account CTO, Distinguished Architect or AI Modernization Leader for aerospace, defense, manufacturing and other regulated engineering-heavy enterprises.
