I've spent 20+ years moving between building technology and operating the business around it. CTO and CPO roles, and CEO and COO roles, including two exits and an IPO. I build AI-driven platforms that ship, scale, and hold up in production. I'm currently a VP/CTO at Honeywell Forge, a multi-billion dollar industrial software platform at the intersection of operational technology, cloud intelligence, and real-time analytics. I own global deployment of platform, holding 99.99% uptime across 28,000+ enterprise customers, and I'm helping shape Honeywell's agentic AI framework across edge, cloud, and on-prem deployments, including sovereign cloud deployments in China on Alibaba and Saudi Arabia on Google Cloud, alongside our worldwide AWS and Azure Footprint. Alongside the technical work, I've also run the business side. CEO and board member at Kespry through its acquisition. Acting COO at PrecisionHawk. COO at LightGuide, where I owned go-to-market and pricing. Part of the leadership team that took Sabre public again under Silver Lake. Across that time I've driven 200% YoY license growth through AI-led product strategy, cut 98% of nuisance alarms, and built digital twin, IoT, and physical AI platforms across construction, energy, and industrials. I still think the best work happens where strategy, engineering, and P&L meet.
