I serve as CIO/CTO with executive responsibility for enterprise cybersecurity, digital risk governance, infrastructure strategy, and technology-enabled business transformation across a multi-entity real estate platform. Over 25 years, I've built a track record of standing up enterprise technology and security functions from the ground up - twice. First at MASA Global, where I was recruited into my first CIO role to modernize IT infrastructure and elevate the company to enterprise scale, and again at Advenir Azora, where I built the entire technology and security function from scratch, including a NIST CSF 2.0 maturity program, a self-built SIEM/XDR security platform, and an automated threat-detection pipeline that contains incidents in under two minutes with no manual intervention.
