As the CIO & Transformation Head, Wealth & Investment Management for Wells Fargo, I’m responsible for driving cloud transformation, modernization of the platform, devSecOps and site reliability engineering (SRE) adoptions across all product areas of the advisory business- Digital Brokerage platform, the advisory platform inclusive of CRM , Investment solutions and middle and back office operations and servicing systems. Additionally, I lead the optimization and transformation of the “run the bank” function for wealth management and portfolio. And while I have a knack for solving complex problems, I also have an immense capacity to manifest energy and passion for my work and amongst my teams. While I managed teams of 1000+ staff members , I’m a people-focused leader with an ability to embolden my direct reports to be self-motivated as independent thought leaders. To me it’s about staying close to the ground and the details, while building a culture of accessibility and empathy. Mentoring and career coaching has always been woven into my approach and I love to support and inspire my leadership team, investing in their careers. I’m also looking to continue to give back in the future with opportunities for board service. Over the course of my career, which spans multiple decades, platforms, and emerging technology trends, I’ve been instrumental in transforming the organizations to a more modernized way of working and leaving behind a culture that’s sustainable for the next generation of leaders. Some of my proudest accomplishments include: ● Running a transformation stream during SmithBarney/Morgan Merger -ran the tech integration to onboard the financial advisors (30K to bring to Morgan WM platform) ● Global operating model transformation for Production Services of General Property Insurance business of AIG , spanning Americas, Europe, Asia and Japan and covering multiple languages. ● Wells Fargo - Run the Bank , DevSecOps and Cloud transformation for the wealth and investment management division. When I’m not problem solving or trying to optimize an end user experience, I love to work out , run/walk , do yoga , travel and spend time with my family , friends and our yellow Lab, Simba.
