At Extreme Reach (XR), I led the transformation of a global AdTech platform serving the creative and delivery ecosystem. In my first year, I: • Re-architected the data and delivery pipelines unifying digital + linear assets • Increased AI adoption from 60% across engineering and product workflows • Delivered multimillion-dollar cost savings through org redesign and automation • Accelerated innovation by embedding GenAI, self-service, and real-time analytics into every major release I led engineering and product innovation at Emodo (OneMagnify) and FreeWheel (Comcast), delivering data-driven ad and media solutions, building unified programmatic and creative optimization platforms, and scaling global teams through agile transformation.
