I have spent nearly 20 years working in technology and operations, with experience across managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, backup, and IT operations. Over that time, I have had the opportunity to work with strong teams through growth, change, and integration, and to help build more consistent and scalable ways of operating. A big part of my career has involved working across service delivery, operations, sales, and leadership teams to improve systems, support customers well, and help organizations adapt as they grow. I enjoy helping bring structure to complex situations, supporting good people, and helping teams move forward together. Outside of my professional work, I also serve in ski patrol and wilderness search and rescue. Those roles have reinforced many of the same values that matter to me in business: teamwork, steady leadership, preparation, and being dependable when people are counting on you. I try to lead in a way that is practical, steady, and collaborative. I value accountability, follow-through, and being someone others can rely on.
