I build the infrastructure that lets organizations scale without breaking. Over the past 20 years, I've worked across retail, telecom, senior care, and SaaS and the same pattern shows up everywhere: companies hit a ceiling not because of bad people, but because their systems, tools, and processes can't keep up with growth. That's the problem I solve. At Verge Mobile, I helped take a 16-location Texas retailer to 226 locations across 15 states with 18X revenue growth across four acquisitions. That kind of scale doesn't happen without operational infrastructure. I built it: compensation models, performance systems, training frameworks, department structures, digital transformation initiatives. At Caring Senior Service, I'm doing it again, this time as CTO, building the platforms and processes that support 60+ franchise locations nationwide. Along the way, I founded Sympl, a communication platform designed to get the right information to frontline teams without the noise and delays that slow execution down. The through-line across all of it: I understand how departments actually work because I've run them. That lets me move fast, diagnose the real problem, align the right people, and build something that gets used. I work across operations, sales, technology, HR, training, and finance. I build tools, systems, and processes. And I'm as comfortable with a whiteboard as I am in a platform architecture conversation.
