As CTO of Richardson Sales Performance for the last six years (with the company nine), I authored our multi-pillar enterprise AI strategy and led the development of the governance framework behind it; built and run the product engineering function behind our customer-facing digital products; and led the technology integration of two significant M&A events along the way. What I care about: connecting technology decisions to business outcomes, bringing non-technical leaders along, and building teams that turn strategy into outcomes. AI is the current chapter — but the underlying work is what it's always been: helping a business see itself clearly and act on what it sees. Based in the Greater Philadelphia area. Husband and father of two.
