I’m a technology executive with over 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams across hospitality and enterprise IT environments. My career has been built at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience, starting on the front lines of hospitality and evolving into executive leadership responsible for strategy, innovation, and delivery. As Chief Technology Officer, I focus on aligning technology with business outcomes. I lead cross-functional teams spanning support, infrastructure, development, projects, and applications, ensuring we deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions while maintaining a strong service-first culture. My background is somewhat unique for a CTO. I grew up in hospitality operations before moving into software development and enterprise systems. That perspective continues to shape how I lead today. I understand both the technical complexity behind systems and the real-world impact they have on operations, guests, and associates. It’s about people, clarity of vision, and execution. Outside of day-to-day operations, I’m passionate about developing future leaders, improving service delivery models, and leveraging technology to create meaningful business impact for guests and associates. I currently serve as chair of the HFTP Global CHTP Advisory Council and as Treasurer of the Mid-Florida HFTP Board of Directors.
