I’m a senior technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at BairesDev, where I lead enterprise-scale engineering across a global organization supporting Fortune-level clients. My work focuses on scaling execution, aligning technology with commercial growth, and applying AI as a practical lever for value creation and margin improvement. Over the last two decades, I’ve led organizations ranging from high-growth agencies to multi-thousand-engineer global services firms, working at the intersection of enterprise delivery, product strategy, and executive leadership. I specialize in helping leadership teams navigate scale, execution risk, org design, and the transition from growth to durable operating models. In addition to my operating role, I serve as a technical and strategic advisor to several early-stage technology companies and am open to advisory and board roles with growth-stage or PE-backed firms outside of staffing and outsourcing. My advisory work centers on enterprise delivery, leadership development, and the practical application of AI to business strategy. I’m also deeply committed to mentoring and developing technical leaders and students, including teaching and coaching engineers and youth from underrepresented and at-risk backgrounds.
