As the first Chief Sustainability Officer and first female Executive Vice President of R&D for Lubrizol, it has been my personal and professional mission to deliver inspiring sustainability that improves lives via Lubrizol’s handprint and footprint in our product lifecycle that impacts millions every day. In my current role as Vice President Lubrizol Additives, Transportation, I lead our organization in growing market share in the competitive lubricant additive and future mobility markets. In my previous joint CSO and Corporate Vice President of Innovation, I directed our organization in applying the full scale of our resources and ingenuity toward achieving our business goals. Throughout my 25+ year career with Lubrizol, I have led R&D organizations across 3 continents, working in the US, EU, and Asia. I have extensive expertise across specialty chemicals with PhD in organic chemistry and product development leadership across lubricant additives, engineering polymers, and oilfield chemicals. I am also proud of my role as a leader within my community, serving in board positions with Cleveland Zoological Society, Hawken School, and Beaumont School, and earning YWCA Cleveland Women of Professional Excellence Award. I continuously expand my management skills via professional development programs including Leadership Cleveland, Wharton Executive Leadership Development Program, and Smith College Directing Innovation Executive Leadership Program.
