I started my journey at GHX, a leading healthcare SaaS company, as a Software Engineer when it was a small, growing company. Over the past 17 years, I have grown alongside the organization, earning five promotions and rising to the role of Vice President of Engineering. During this time, GHX has transformed into a global leader with $420M in annual revenue and 1,500+ employees, and I am proud to have played a key role in its evolution. Throughout my career, I have focused on solving complex challenges and driving innovation through first-principles thinking. I believe in breaking down problems into their fundamentals, challenging assumptions, and designing scalable, long-term solutions. I led large-scale technology transformations, including modernizing GHX’s legacy systems into a cloud-first, modularized architecture, enabling faster deployments, improved scalability, and reduced operational costs. I played a key role in building a centralized data platform, guiding the team in streamlining data ingestion and transformation to power AI-driven insights and automation. Beyond technology, I have been deeply involved in scaling high-performing engineering teams—growing from a small group to 100+ engineers across multiple global locations. I’ve worked closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market strategies, customer adoption, and business growth. My leadership philosophy is centered on empowering teams, fostering innovation, and driving real business outcomes through technology.
