I am an technology executive with specialized expertise in the facets of strategy and architecture. Through a career spanning well over two decades I have been fortunate to work at some iconic companies and -- both as an individual and serving in a leadership capacity -- have designed, built, and ran some of the largest systems of their type in the world. My unique and diverse experience has given me the foundation for an uncommon and differentiating perspective. Through the years I have held technical roles from NOC analyst through executive leadership. I have served in companies spanning from bootstrapped startup to Fortune 50 and industry leaders in sectors ranging from Service Provider to SaaS. I have operated in both private data centers and public clouds and led migrations in between. I have successfully led numerous re-architecture, re-platforming, and regulation-compliance efforts and served critical roles in several extensive international expansion initiatives. I have led scores of technical diligence initiatives, been integral to integration efforts both ways (as acquirer and acquired) and led through two successful IPOs. While all of these scenarios provide unique and interesting challenges I am especially passionate about those in hypergrowth SaaS.
