I'm a cofounder at Recidiviz. We are a non-profit tech organization building the unified data platform to power a more effective criminal justice system. We help reduce staff time and burden, identify data-informed improvements in policy and practice, and ultimately improve outcomes for justice-impacted individuals. Previously, I was a technical lead and architect at Opower. We used analytics and behavioral science to convince tens of millions people to use less energy and help protect our environment. Outside of work, I explore the world and harvest sunburns with my remarkable wife.
