As the CTO at SHI, I lead our services organizations, services partners, R&D and activities to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, service delivery, M&A, investment opportunities, and internal people programs. My 25-year journey in service delivery and cybersecurity encompasses expertise in technical security operations, training, and physical security, alongside roles as a Board Member, Cyber Security Advisor and vCISO for diverse organizations. My entrepreneurial experience spans building three distinct businesses (Value-Added Reseller, Product, Tech-Enabled Services), honing my skills in Executive Leadership, Go-To-Market Strategy, Product Management, and Cross-Functional Leadership. I have successfully managed teams of tens and teams of hundreds depending on the organization and own P&L responsibilities for multiple businesses. I am deeply committed to leading and inspiring technical teams, fostering excellence in high-pressure scenarios. Beyond my primary role, I contribute as a board member, advisor, and investor in tech startups, and collaborate with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms. My overarching goal is to enhance technology capabilities, and cyber resilience across various industries and organization sizes.
