As chief technology officer and an officer of The Timken Company, I’m responsible for advancing our enterprise-wide technology strategy and resource allocation across the company’s portfolio. This includes delivering product technology roadmaps for key markets, unlocking synergies between businesses, and leading Timken’s strategy for AI, automation and data to improve decision velocity and resource deployment. I previously served as vice president, product management for Engineered Bearings where I accelerated the competitiveness and profitable growth of Timken’s Engineered Bearing portfolio, leading product management, product development and manufacturing engineering teams to advance the bearing brand globally. In my 20+ years with Timken, I’ve held a range of leadership roles, including president of Lovejoy and Torsion Control Products, where I optimized operational efficiency and growth for several Industrial Motion product lines. I also served as general manager of distribution and manager of regional marketing and channel projects in Shanghai, China.
