I’ve helped support and lead technology initiatives for logistics organizations with more than 1,000 employees operating across dozens of locations. From connecting 45+ remote sites and standardizing technology across the enterprise to improving visibility, security, and operational efficiency, I understand the challenges that come with scaling complex, distributed businesses. My experience spans both strategic leadership and operational execution, ensuring technology serves the needs of the business rather than becoming an obstacle to growth.
