With over 30 years of experience solving complex technology challenges, I currently serve as EVP and CTO at Farm Credit Financial Partners, where I lead architecture, engineering, data, and technology strategy for regulated financial institutions nationwide. I am passionate about building the next generation of intelligent systems. My research focuses on Neuromorphic Adaptation, which combines semantic knowledge representation with energy-efficient adaptive learning to enable safe, explainable, and continually learning AI. Applications include healthcare, robotics, autonomous systems, financial services, and assistive technologies, with a long-term goal of improving the quality of life for autistic individuals with high support needs and advancing sustainable AI architectures. I have led technology transformations, cloud modernization, enterprise architecture, AI strategy, and innovation in highly regulated industries. I focus on translating emerging technologies into practical business value while ensuring governance, security, and trust. I regularly write and speak on enterprise AI, multi-agent systems, AI governance, and software architecture, with special interest in semantic technologies, continual learning, neuromorphic computing, explainable AI, and human-centered intelligent systems.
