As a results-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience, I have a proven track record of driving innovation and creating high-impact solutions that have touched the lives of billions of people globally. Currently, as CTO at Indeed, I lead the technical strategy and evolution of our global engineering teams. Previously, I spent over a decade at Google, I led the development of the world's most widely-used productivity and collaboration products within Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Vids, Drive, Sites, Forms, and Keep. I previously led the publisher ads platforms, Google Ad Manager and Google AdSense, providing publishers with high-impact Machine Learning features and infrastructure to effectively monetize their content. I am particularly proud of my work bringing Gemini to Google Workspace products, bootstrapping an AI platform team that enabled us to launch LLM-powered cross-product journeys across Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Meet. Streamlined all aspects of AI development including fine tuning, automated and human evaluation, deployment, and capacity management. Leveraging decades of machine learning expertise, these innovations have significantly enhanced productivity and creativity for users worldwide. My expertise also includes a proven track record of implementing robust production practices that ensure reliability and scalability of these essential services.
