My career began at AT&T Bell Labs, where I spent nearly a decade as a Member of Technical Staff contributing to high-stakes software engineering projects, including an $850M government contract. That foundation in rigorous engineering and mainframe-to-Unix systems optimization still informs my approach to scaling modern cloud architectures. Today, I oversee all aspects of product development, R&D, and engineering for Net2Phone’s UCaaS, SIP Trunking, and cloud-hosted PBX platforms. I am particularly proud of architecting a software platform that now powers hundreds of thousands of business users distributed globally. My focus is on driving innovation through AI, cloud computing, and robust back-office systems that process hundreds of millions of daily events with seamless reliability. Throughout my journey - from spearheading the BOSS Revolution mobile ecosystem to its current millions of users, to pioneering VoIP migrations that saved millions in CAPEX, to creating innovative communication solutions for enterprises of all sizes - I have remained committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and exceeding customer expectations at every scale.
