Today, I wear three closely connected hats at Deloitte Digital: • I lead Delivery Transformation, leveraging AI and modern delivery practices to help our teams deliver higher-quality, more efficient outcomes for our clients. By combining leading AI capabilities, Deloitte’s deep industry insights, new delivery approaches, and exceptional talent, we are redefining how work gets done. • I serve as CTO, working alongside clients, architects, and alliance partners to design and deliver technology solutions that solve real business problems and scale with confidence. • I am accountable for Quality, partnering with clients and teams to set up and run programs that meet the highest standards from day one—and sustain them throughout delivery. With more than 30 years of experience delivering customer-focused solutions, primarily in financial services but across nearly every industry, I’ve seen what works—and what doesn’t—when it comes to technology, delivery, and scale. I was one of the founders of Deloitte’s Salesforce practice and have taken pride in supporting its growth for more than two decades. Solving our clients’ most complex challenges with leading technology and exceptional teams continues to be deeply rewarding. What motivates me most is helping clients succeed and helping people build meaningful, successful careers.
