Since joining Auto Wares, my leadership efforts have focused on: • Restructuring the IT organization to improve collaboration, support, role clarity and accountability while building scalable leadership capacity. • Establishing strategic alignment through a three year roadmap and six month cascading goals tied directly to our corporate strategy, followed by weekly leadership progress reviews. • Creating communication rhythms that build trust across the company. • Standardizing execution by introducing a Technology PMO, formal help desk processes, project tracking tools, and clear project responsibilities. • Building resilience by eliminating tribal knowledge and increasing documentation discipline across applications, networks and infrastructure. • Strengthening alignment with strategic partners and focusing the team on initiatives that support company priorities. My leadership is grounded in faith, humility, and a belief that healthy teams win.
