That's not a resilience talking point — it's proof of what disciplined, high-stakes execution looks like when there's no room for error. Since then, I've built enterprise AI into the core of how a 170,000-person global operation runs: deploying AI tools that cut average handle time by 23%, agent ramp-up time by 49%, and expanded quality coverage from a 10% manual sample to 100% of interactions — all funded through AI strategy and governance work I brought directly to the board. I lead full-lifecycle M&A integration (11+ acquisitions and divestitures), own multi-hundred-million-dollar technology budgets, and hold executive accountability for cybersecurity, risk, and compliance across SIEM, NGFW, EDR/XDR, and multi-year SOC2/PCI/FFIEC programs.
