However, in his 7 years with Lazy Dog, his technical accomplishments include... * Revamping the Digital ordering experience to help grow Off-Premise sales by over 250% * Engineered and deployed a complete cloud environment with Microsoft Azure servers, "Serverless" functions, Sharepoint, Office 365 * Completely rebuilt the Network architecture in the Restaurants and Corporate office * Revamped Lazy Dog's Security infrastructure * Deployed VOIP phones, then evolving to complete Teams PBX * Deployed an Automation system for Desktop and POS Imaging, Domain policies, and support automation * Developed entire Big Data/Business Intelligence platform from the SQL OLTP, to OLAP Cubes, to Streaming API's, and to Tabular Cubes and a Data Lake to cross relate nearly all of our disperate data sets * Created the SSO integrations so that all of our 3rd-party Web apps have a single data flow of user security from the HRIS through POS, LMS, CRM, Backoffice, Payroll, etc all controlled by HR. Prior to Lazy Dog, Jarrod created and managed a 30-person Support Services department, developing all of the SOP's, automations, and training required to provide a major facet of the revenue streams for CBS Jarrod completed his education at California State University, Fullerton.
