With over 20 years of entrepreneurial leadership, I currently serve as the Chief Technology Officer at Ministry Brands, where I lead the global teams across Product Management, Product Development, and IT. My career spans a broad range of leadership roles, including managing the HR, Workforce Management and Payroll products at Workday, which represented half of the company’s revenue. I also led the transformation of ADP’s $2B National Account Services technology portfolio, which delivered cloud-based Payroll and HCM (Human Capital Management) services to large organizations, including Fortune 500 companies. In this role, I led a global team of 500+ Product and Engineering staff, driving innovation and creating new revenue streams, including the launch of ADP Vantage HCM, which earned industry accolades and established ADP as a leader in technology. Earlier in my career, I managed a ~$2B annual product portfolio at ADP, led a $250M line of business at Oracle, and co-founded and scaled high-growth technology startups including driving Value Engineering at Alert Enterprise, Product Strategy and Solutions Engineering at DataVisor, and leading the transformation of SpikeSource in the OpenSource App-Dev space.
