I am a financial-services technology executive working at the intersection of markets, business strategy and technology transformation. I focus on using technology not simply to operate the business, but to strengthen platforms, improve client and advisor experiences, increase resiliency and create capacity for growth. As Chief Technology Officer of InspereX, I lead enterprise technology strategy and execution across product engineering, data and AI, cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity and resiliency, and enterprise platforms and services. My current agenda is centered on modernizing core capital-markets and wealth-distribution platforms, strengthening technology portfolio and investment governance, advancing data and AI capabilities, and aligning technology capacity with client commitments, risk priorities and business growth. My career spans global asset management, capital markets, wealth technology, fintech and regulated financial infrastructure. As Global Head of Nuveen Technology, I led technology for a $1.2T+ asset manager across 22 countries, supporting 4,000+ users with a 600+ person global organization and a $130M+ direct operating budget. Earlier leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, Broadridge and Athene included trading and investment-banking technology, cloud and platform modernization, M&A integration, digital product innovation, data and analytics, and technology risk and controls. My leadership model is business-first and execution-oriented: create clarity around priorities, make investment and capacity trade-offs visible, build accountable high-performing teams, modernize without compromising resiliency, and measure technology by the business outcomes it enables. I am particularly focused on the next generation of financial-services technology: AI and intelligent automation, enterprise data, advisor intelligence, modern cloud and engineering platforms, and the evolution of digital market infrastructure. I have served in industry leadership roles with SIFMA’s Asset Management Group, FIX Protocol and the Wall Street & Technology Association, and previously served as an adjunct professor at Brooklyn College. I remain active in industry working groups focused on digital assets and the evolution of capital-markets infrastructure.
