My career spans energy development and vertically integrated real estate — industries where execution discipline, capital efficiency, and operational repeatability determine long-term performance. In energy, I helped scale an early-stage platform from concept through institutional growth during volatile commodity and capital cycles. In real estate, I serve as CTO for a $4B+ multifamily investment, development, and construction platform operating across eight states and 32,000+ units. Across both sectors, my focus has remained consistent: • Standardizing complex workflows across development and operations • Designing proprietary internal systems that reduce execution variability • Aligning technology investments with capital performance • Enabling teams to deliver projects on time and on budget • Building institutional infrastructure that scales I am not a strategy-only - I architect, I code, I build. My work spans digital transformation, cloud architecture (AWS and Azure), data engineering, AI/ML integration, cybersecurity, and M&A platform integration. Tech for tech's sake is not the goal - stakeholder value is. I care about creating systems that empower employees, protect investors, and strengthen the communities our projects serve.
