Significantly improved employee morale and productivity, maximized cash position and greatly improved customer satisfaction. • Transformed Iesy Hessen GmbH to maximize cash position while improving customer satisfaction. Implemented a new business plan to achieve positive cash flow in 1 year. • Devised and implemented a network upgrade plan to reduce the capital cost of NTL: Germany by more than 75%. Created a triple play network from scratch for NTL: France and a VOIP network for NTL: Switzerland.
