Identify cost savings and product improvement opportunities, enhance profitability and productivity, as well as solve challenging technical, process-flow and resource-limitation issues. Active involvement in business volume forecasting and capital budgeting. Responsible for managing CAPEX projects > $30M and greenfield expansions. Technical advisor for acquisition targets.
