About Greg Lamm
Greg Lamm is Chief Technology Officer at Family Resource Home Care. Location: Wake Forest, North Carolina, United States.
Most CTOs are still drafting their AI strategy. I'm already in production. In the past year alone, I deployed a conversational voice AI platform — built on Anthropic, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs — that handles every inbound customer call and outbound caregiver scheduling interaction for a $200M home care organization. The result: $2M in incremental annual revenue and caregivers freed from administrative burden to focus on the people they serve. That's what I do. I find the intersection between technology and human impact — and I build there. Over 25 years and five industries — healthcare, biopharma, finance, manufacturing, and non-profit — I've unlocked $100M+ in hidden revenue, doubled eCommerce performance, reduced $20M in technical debt, and modernized platforms serving hundreds of thousands of users globally. I've held CTO, CIO, and CISO roles, led teams through M&A integration, cloud transformation, and enterprise architecture overhauls. But the number I'm most proud of isn't on the income statement. It's the caregivers who spend less time on hold and more time with their clients. Technology should help people live better lives. That's been my north star for 25 years, and it still is. Humble. Helpful. Kind. And yes — AI-forward, with receipts.
