Much of my career has been spent transforming technology organizations to achieve modernization, cost reduction, improved service and maximum departmental effectiveness. In addition, I've driven business performance in dynamic fast paced global enterprises. In my technology leadership experience I've created and implemented IT and Media Technology strategy, aligned IT governance and execution with business strategy and integrated newly consolidated companies into global enterprise technology organizations, led public cloud adoption and migration and implemented Dev/Ops framework and culture. This includes leading infrastructure, application development, mission critical projects, outsourcing, e-commerce, digital media and global customer service delivery.
