HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY | Over the past 25+ years, I’ve developed and scaled organizations for efficiency, cost savings, and competitive advantage—and to deliver products faster than ever before. I am a forward-thinking leader who knows the role of technology in today’s business environment: it’s pivotal to company success, but it’s nothing if it doesn’t align with the organizational vision and operations. For this reason, everything I do—revamping IT processes, modernizing infrastructures, developing powerhouse teams, innovating new products—aligns precisely with short- and long-range goals. I prioritize people and culture, and ensure that every technology system, process, and best practice propels the business to the next level. In some cases, this means embracing cloud technologies and managed services for global operations. Oftentimes, it involves applying the tools of advanced data science to understand customer insights and build better products. In other situations, it requires implementing process changes to accelerate speed to market. These are some of the projects my teams and I have tackled at Big Fish Games (Aristocrat Digital Technologies). We eliminated silos, improved collaboration, and successfully bridged technology and business strategies to skyrocket performance. Moving forward, we’re inspired by change, committed to innovative product design, and focused on staying ahead of trends to outpace competitors, topple expectations, and continue to accomplish ambitious goals.
