Senior Executive, technology entrepreneur, and strategic leader with more than 15 years of experience driving innovation, digital transformation, business growth, organizational scaling, and international expansion across Chile, the United States, and Latin America. Founder and CEO of PlanDinside from 2011 to 2025, leading the development of enterprise software solutions, CRM platforms, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives for organizations in financial services, healthcare, energy, construction, professional services, and the public sector. Currently serving as Director and CTO of Integrare NGO, leading innovation, business development, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem-building initiatives focused on creating growth opportunities for women-led businesses and strengthening collaboration between corporations and suppliers. Throughout her career, she has combined technology, business strategy, and organizational transformation to help organizations improve efficiency, accelerate growth, and adapt to changing market environments. She has led projects and technology initiatives for organizations including JetSMART, Scotiabank, Equifax, the Chilean Association of Municipalities, Clínica Valparaíso, Inmobiliaria Maestra, ITT Global Pump, and Intico. She has also provided strategic advisory services and custom technology solutions for Intico, an international company based in Miami, supporting innovation, automation, and business growth initiatives. Recognized for her leadership and international projection, she was selected by the Chilean Ministry of Economy to represent Chile in the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) eTrade for Women program, recognizing women entrepreneurs with high-impact leadership and international growth potential. She was also selected by UN Women Chile, CORFO, and Emprediem among more than 150 women entrepreneurs to participate in a highly competitive internationalization program. She became one of only 20 selected companies and the only software company chosen within a multidisciplinary delegation focused on international expansion and global business opportunities. As an international speaker at Fintech Day Paraguay, she has shared expertise on innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation, while building strategic partnerships across Latin America.
