I've spent my career on the accountable side of the table — reporting directly to CEOs and Boards of Directors, sitting in Audit and Risk & Technology Committee meetings, and carrying fiduciary responsibility through three private-equity change-of-control transactions. Currently, the P&L leader scaling WWT's AI infrastructure and NeoCloud business across EMEA — achieving +112% YoY growth — leading the engineering teams that design and deliver sovereign AI and GPU infrastructure for some of the largest service providers, sovereign AI programs, and NeoCloud deployments in the region. I stay close to the technical realities boards increasingly need to understand: AI Factory design, data center readiness, and the power, cooling, and grid/energy strategy that determine whether a sovereign AI investment is actually deliverable.
