As the CTO of Ampersand, the leading company in the local TV market for audience-first, cross-screen TV advertising, I have over 20 years of experience in building and launching cutting-edge technology products and platforms that drive growth and value for our clients and partners. I am responsible for the development and launch of the AND platform, a software platform that leverages TV viewing data and streaming data to optimize TV advertising campaigns and performance. I have a proven track record of leading and managing successful technology teams and products. Previously, I was the CTO of Visible World, where I won two technical Emmy awards and developed the first programmatic platform for buying linear TV. I co-authored more than 30 patents and participated in IP litigation. I hold a master's degree in computer science from the University of Twente, where I graduated cum laude. I am passionate about innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, and I am always eager to connect with professionals in the TV advertising, technology and data space.
