I’m a Chief Technology Officer with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling technology organizations across InsurTech, FinTech, SaaS, and global financial services. My work sits at the intersection of technology strategy, organizational leadership, platform modernization, data, AI, and business execution. I’ve led teams through periods of growth, complexity, operating model evolution, and transformation, helping companies connect technology investment to durable business outcomes. At The Zebra, I lead a multi-disciplinary technology organization spanning Engineering, Data, AI, Delivery, IT, Information Security, and Technical Compliance for a leading insurance marketplace. I partner with executive leadership and the Board on technology strategy, investment prioritization, organizational effectiveness, and execution. I’m especially focused on the pragmatic application of AI: not as theater, but as a lever for stronger systems, faster delivery, better decision-making, and more scalable operating models. Earlier in my career, I scaled engineering at BHG Financial during a period of rapid growth, led platform modernization efforts across FinTech and InsurTech organizations, co-founded a SaaS startup, and built mission-critical financial systems on Wall Street. I’m known for bringing clarity to complexity, developing strong leaders, building accountable teams, and connecting technology decisions directly to business outcomes.
