He is the Co-Founder and President of VivaVerse Solutions, a multi-hundred-million-dollar venture dedicated to establishing Viva Center, a cutting-edge AI data center campus in Texas. Situated on the historic grounds of the former Compaq Computer Campus in Northwest Houston, Viva Center is engineered to provide AI companies and Hyperscalers with advanced infrastructure, featuring flexible space, a dedicated chiller plant, and scalable power capacity to support cutting-edge direct-to-chip and immersion liquid cooling technologies. Embracing a forward-thinking approach, the venture aims to redefine industry standards by integrating alternative energy solutions, including a turbine gas generation power plant and standby battery power capacity to fuel the facility. Freddy’s leadership focuses on creating scalable, high-efficiency environments to drive AI innovation and support next-generation workloads. Prior to this, Freddy was a founding executive of Pinnacle Group, a global leader in contingent labor and IT workforce solutions. As President of the Talent Solutions division, he played a key role in the company’s accelerated growth by architecting scalable service delivery models, developing advanced technology infrastructure, and leading business development strategies. Pinnacle Group serves customers in over 25 countries and is currently ranked among the top 20 largest global MSP providers and the 30th largest IT staffing firm in the U.S. Today, Freddy serves as a Special Advisor to the CEO, focusing on strategic initiatives. On a community level, Freddy dedicates significant time and resources to initiatives benefiting children, underserved communities, and veterans. He has been a featured speaker at leading educational and business-focused institutions, such as Texas Christian University and The United States Hispanic Leadership Institute.
