About Fraser G.
Fraser G. is Outsourced CTO & AI Systems Builder at Balanced Technology Solutions at Balanced Technology Solutions. Location: Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, United States.
After 30+ years in enterprise technology sales, project management, and complex systems implementation—including major migrations (JD Edwards to Abila MIP, ADP to Paycor), building a 500-user Services Portal, securing $20M+ in Employee Retention Credit claims, and supporting parish consolidations—I’ve seen what it takes to deliver results in mission-driven environments. My AI journey began simply with Grammarly in Fall 2024. By mid-2025 I was using a two-prompt QA pipeline on Super Grok to single-handedly test 129 portal pages and file over 500 bugs, rescuing a high-stakes vendor project that was heading for failure. Today, using agentic tools like OpenClaw, I build durable production systems—multi-API applications with databases, scheduled jobs, and auto-deployments—that deliver real compounding value. Notable examples include a March Madness Bracket Tracker built in under an hour (with the agent autonomously discovering and integrating the ESPN API) and a full-stack Phelan Hall Move Tracker completed in 2.5 hours with role-based access and blocker tracking. My core philosophy remains practical: Build durable software systems, not repeated prompts. The outcome is measurable acceleration — every week of 2026 is already delivering more capability than entire months of 2025. As Fractional CTO and AI Systems Builder, I help non-profits, religious organizations, schools, and small-to-mid-sized businesses increase productivity and move faster by: - Designing and building custom AI-powered tools that augment existing teams - Accelerating delivery and reducing manual work, whether you have a small in-house development team or none at all - Leading practical, low-friction AI adoption through live demonstration and real-world problem solving - Providing strategic technology leadership that maximizes the impact of your current resources I currently manage a small team of in-house developers at the Diocese while continuing to deliver hands-on AI system building and organizational transformation. This dual perspective helps me guide organizations on how to get the most leverage from both human talent and AI capabilities. If you’re a mission-driven leader dealing with process friction, slow delivery, or limited technical resources—and you want to unlock significant productivity gains through practical AI systems—I’d welcome a conversation. Let’s talk about the real challenges in your organization and explore what purposeful, durable solutions could look like for your team.
