Drove efforts to exit 17 Transition Service Agreements up to 17 months early, saving millions of dollars. ✦ STRATEGY & RESTRUCTURING: Designed new enterprise systems infrastructure for company separation, built standalone global network, established global datacenters, set up Cloud-based application and data directories, migrated data and apps, selected/developed/deployed all business applications, and implemented performance metrics. ✦ DevOps EFFICIENCIES: Worked with development team to create product specific DevOps teams and moved post-launch support coding from DevOps to support group, enabling DevOps to focus on next iterations. ✦ VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Re-negotiated contracts with top spending vendors, including AWS, MS, Oracle, ATT, and IBM, to consolidate and reduce contracts from 174 to 100.
