I founded ZillionResumes, the first resume database search solution for passive and active candidates. Grew the resume database from zero to over 10 million and clients from zero to over 8,000. Also created and ran the ActiveHire.com job board and several other recruiting related web services. Developed leading-edge intelligent software spiders and unstructured text parsing technologies over a 20 year period, I grew that business and sold the company in 2017. Now working with job.com to develop advanced parsing and matching technology and integrating the recruitment process into an Ethereum blockchain to create the next generation recruitment platform.
