Eric joined CW Financial Services in April 2003 and serves as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of technology operations for CW and its subsidiaries. With over 20 years of experience in the IT field, mostly within the financial sector, Mr. Rusk has a proven track record of leadership and innovation. Before joining CW he served as Senior Network Engineer for a healthcare finance firm in Columbus, Ohio, where he led the infrastructure aspect of a major technology overhaul and modernization initiative. Mr. Rusk’s career began in true entrepreneurial fashion when he co-founded an Internet Services Provider start-up straight out of high school. As Director of Network Operations, he was responsible for all infrastructure and also provided consulting services to local businesses and school districts, helping them streamline and modernize their technology. This early entrepreneurial experience laid the foundation for Mr. Rusk’s highly successful career as an IT leader known for his focus on quality, execution, and innovation.
