About Jai S.
Jai S. is Chief Technology Officer at Corcentric. Location: Washington DC-Baltimore Area, United States.
Technology, at its best, doesn't just process information — it reasons, decides, and acts. That conviction is what drives my work today. As Chief Technology Officer at Corcentric, I lead a global engineering organization spanning five regions across the U.S., Europe, LATAM, India, and Pakistan, building the next generation of intelligent financial systems. My focus is the shift from traditional automation to Agentic AI — systems that don't simply move data through workflows, but actively reason and execute within them. Over 15+ years, I've operated at the intersection of scale and innovation: modernizing legacy architectures into cloud-native, AI-native platforms; embedding AI across the entire software development lifecycle to dramatically accelerate how we build; and architecting an enterprise-wide Global Capability Center from the ground up. Today I'm responsible for the technology behind a nine-figure FinTech platform processing tens of billions of dollars in annual transaction volume for hundreds of enterprises — mission-critical infrastructure where reliability, security, and explainability aren't features, they're foundations. What I care about most: Agentic & Applied AI — Bridging the gap between AI research and enterprise-grade reality. Deploying reasoning-based systems (RAG, LLM agents) that solve genuinely hard unstructured-data problems, while keeping them explainable and compliant in regulated financial environments. AI-Augmented Engineering — Reinventing the SDLC itself. By embedding AI into every phase of development, my teams ship dramatically faster without compromising architectural integrity. Global Scale & Operating Models — Designing follow-the-sun organizations and Build-Operate-Transfer GCC strategies that combine elite talent with disciplined unit economics. Modernization & Security — Migrating legacy monoliths to cloud-native microservices, and owning the engineering controls that keep enterprise financial data secure and compliant (SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, ISO 27001). I believe technology is only as strong as the culture behind it. I'm deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of engineering leaders and building high-performance environments where explainable AI, human-centric design, and operational excellence converge. Always open to connecting with fellow technology leaders, founders, and anyone working at the frontier of AI and enterprise software.
