Emad is a hands-on CTO who has led multiple startups and mid-size SaaS companies to successful exits. He has held roles globally leading teams in the US, APAC, EMEA and across Latin America. In addition, he is a highly recognized AI technology leader and has taken multiple AI projects to production. He is also the founder of NeoPath, the first global AI implementation agency of its kind - utilizing the Pragmatic AI methodology which he patented. Emad has also held CTO and technology executive positions at larger enterprises, both financial services (Experian, Western Asset Management, etc.) and retail services (Microsoft, Target, Beachbody, etc.) where he led significant, global transformations of products and technology. Named Entrepreneur Magazine's Top CTO to Watch in 2022, Emad is recognized globally as an execution-focused CTO, board member and powerful transformational leader. His passion is both developing durable architecture and developing leaders. He has led some of the world's largest digital transformations in financial services, retail, healthcare and gaming. Emad is the CEO of Georgy Technology Leadership and the creator of the first global standard for measuring Technology Health (www.technology.health), a standard implemented in thousands of organizations; as well as the G-Leadership model - used globally in enterprise leadership development programs. He has held CTO positions at a number of enterprise brands including Experian. Emad has also contributed code to the Windows platform as well as a number of IBM’s products. He was also one of the first 50 in the world to implement Hbase in a production environment.
