At ServiceNow, I’m excited to be at the helm of bringing transformative solutions to the healthcare field, which has been so close to my heart for the better part of my career. My role is to act as a trusted advisor to our healthcare-provider clients, helping to design solutions that support them meet their specific objectives.  For the first seven years of my career, I wrote code – working in a dynamic field and acquiring a set of skills that would always be in demand. So, when I joined Poudre Valley Health System, I found my purpose: to help those who have committed their lives to helping others. With family and several friends already working in healthcare, I had a natural affinity for the industry and soon found I could add real value by bridging the gap between busy hospital clinicians and the systems they had to use. My ability to speak the language of healthcare, allowed me to help design and implement digital transformation projects that mapped against healthcare organizations’ strategic priorities. I am fortunate to have a good balance of hands-on hospital experience and IT – I can flex from a low-level technology perspective to a high-level strategy. Over the years, I’ve spoken with a wide range of different hospital systems, not just across the US but across the world too. Away from work, I’m immensely proud of the two kids I’ve helped raise and in general, love any and all sports – particularly golf! I am passionate about helping hospitals deliver world-class patient care.
