About Dr. Gina Guillaume-Joseph
Dr. Gina Guillaume-Joseph is Chief Technology Officer at Camio. Location: Washington DC-Baltimore Area, United States.
As a Chief Technology Officer and strategic innovation leader, I bring 20+ years of experience helping organizations transform through the power of AI, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Data Analytics. My career has been dedicated to bridging business strategy and technology execution, ensuring that every innovation directly supports operational excellence, customer value, and long-term growth. I’ve led large-scale transformations across federal agencies, financial institutions, and global enterprises, building intelligent, secure, and scalable ecosystems. In my current role as CTO at Camio, I lead the company’s Innovation Lab, designing and deploying AI-powered video analytics and cyber-physical security solutions that serve both enterprise and government clients. Prior to this, I served as CTO – Government at Workday, where I drove AI-driven ERP modernization and multi-cloud strategies aligned with FedRAMP, FISMA, and Zero-Trust frameworks, strengthening compliance and accelerating digital adoption across federal environments. Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at Capital One Bank and The MITRE Corporation, where I directed enterprise-wide technology programs, embedded DevSecOps and Agile methodologies, and mentored multidisciplinary teams. My work has consistently improved system reliability, reduced vulnerabilities, and advanced organizational readiness for digital transformation. Recognized as one of Diversity Woman Media’s Elite 100 and a BEYA Modern-Day Technology Leader, I’m passionate about empowering the next generation of innovators. I serve as an Adjunct Professor and Doctoral Research Advisor at The George Washington University and sit on multiple advisory boards focused on emerging technologies. Beyond technology, I believe in the power of authentic leadership connections, sharing insights, collaborating across industries, and learning from other visionary leaders who are shaping the future of innovation. I welcome opportunities to connect with executives, technologists, and changemakers who are passionate about transforming organizations and creating meaningful impact through technology. My leadership philosophy is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and purpose. I believe in using technology not only to innovate but to uplift, transforming organizations and empowering people to achieve their best.
